02 — The Practice

How we work.

Four principles we come back to on every project. They're not rules — more like a compass.

I.

Listen first

We start by reading your product end to end — your analytics, your support queue, your repo. The best brief is the one we write together after.

II.

Sketch in code

We prototype in the real material — HTML, CSS, whatever framework earns its weight. Decisions get made against working software, not slides.

III.

Ship, then tend

Launch is the middle of the project, not the end. We stay on for 30 days of tending — fixing what the real world finds first.

IV.

Hand it back clean

Clean code, written for whoever inherits it. Runbooks for the boring parts. A short note on what we'd do next.

03 — The Lab

Things we're tinkering with.

Small experiments, in-progress ideas, and notes from the workshop. Some turn into products. Most just turn into learning.

04 — Contact

Have something small and considered in mind?

Tell us what you're making, when you'd like it in the world, and what "good" looks like to you. We'll write back within a day.
